The Heat and Melting System (HMS) plays a crucial role in polymer sand technology, transforming composite materials into a uniform molten blend. This state-of-the-art machine is a refined and enhanced version of the conventional plastic extrusion system, designed for higher precision and versatility.

How It Works

​

The HMS efficiently heats, melts, and mixes a composite blend consisting of waste plastics, sand, or other inert and industrial components.

The process begins when the pre-mixed composite is introduced into the preheated HMS. A rotating screw drives the material through several heating zones, each independently controlled to maintain consistent and even heat distribution. These zones utilize tubular heating elements, ensuring that the entire composite reaches a uniform molten state.

The machine is designed to handle a variety of composite materials by precisely adjusting temperatures to suit the melting points of specific plastics and additives. While it is versatile enough to process nearly all types of polymers, optimal performance is achieved with polymers that share similar melting characteristics.
